Conversation description

What will the average office look like by 2025? Given the speed of innovation, it’s hard to predict what software and technology we will be using by 2025. Equally uncertain is the evolution of where we will work – home or office. However, what we can safely predict is the make-up of the talent pool. By 2025 75% of the workforce will be made up of millennials.

We need a new strategy to keep this growing demographic engaged, retained, and profitable.

What values do millennials look for in a workplace?
Team focused, Family, Room to advance, Flexibility, Green, Philanthropy, Socially Responsible, Corporate Brand, and Fun.

What do millennials bring to the workplace and why do we want to hire and keep them?
Optimistic, Achievement Oriented, and Technically Savvy. They believe they will work smarter and harder than other generations.

What can organizations do to maximize the millennial opportunity?
Positive Work Environment, Consistent Feedback, Opportunities for Professional Development, Collaboration, Advancement in Technology, Clear Alignment to Corporate Outcomes/Goals.

In this Webcast you will learn how your organization can:

• Stay up-to-date with the rapidly changing needs and culture of millennial employees
• Create an employee engagement process that fits with millennial values of trust and empathy
• Provide new millennial managers and executives with the strategy and techniques to be effective leaders
